Fighting While Wielding a Weapon in Two Hands

A character who wields a weapon in both hands adds twice their STR bonus to damage rolls that add STR modifier to damage rolls. If you are allowed to deal a multiple of your STR modifier to a damage roll, you increase that multiplier by one.

 

Two-Handed Weapon Fighting Feats

Heavy-Arms Combat [Battle Stance, Combatant, Heavy-Arms Combat]

Benefit: While in this stance and wielding a weapon in two hands, you gain a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls and CMB. Additionally, you deal extra damage to objects equal to your STR bonus.

 

At 9th level, the feat bonus increases to +4

 

At 18th level, the feat bonus increases to +6

 

Special: You may take a second stance while in this one aside from the Two-Weapon Combat feat. The effects of the two stances stack.

 

Reckless Assault [Combatant, Heavy-Arms Combat]

Prerequisite: Heavy-Arms Combat

 

Benefit: While in the Heavy-Arms Combat battle stance, you may, as a minor action, you may choose to take a -1 penalty to attack and CMB to gain a +3 to damage rolls until the start of your next turn.

 

At 9th level, the penalty becomes -2 and the bonus becomes +6.

 

At 18th level, the penalty becomes -3 and the bonus becomes +9.

 

Defense Buster [Combatant, Heavy-Arms Combat]

Prerequisite: Heavy-Arms Combat, Overwhelming Force

 

Benefits: While in the Heavy-Arms Combat battle stance and wielding a mace, hammer or ax, whenever you make an attack roll a critical hit, the target must succeed in a Fortitude Save (DC 10 + level + STR modifier) or suffer a -2 penalty to AC (save ends).

 

Heavy-Arms Parry [Combatant, Heavy-Arms Combat]

Prerequisites: Heavy-Arms Combat

 

Benefits: While in the Heavy Arms Combat battle stance, any heavy blade you wield is considered to have the parry keyword. If the heavy blade you are wielding already has the parry keyword, you gain an additional +2 feat bonus to Parry attempts

 

Cut From the Air [Combatant, Heavy-Arms Combat]

Prerequisites: Heavy-Arms Combat, Enhanced Reaction

 

Benefit: While in the Heavy-Arms Combat battle stance, you may spend a reaction to Block an incoming ranged attack with your weapon. If the block is successful, the projectile falls to the ground at your feet. If the projectile was non-magical or a piece of ammunition, it is destroyed.

 

Overwhelming Force [Combatant, Heavy-Arms Combat]

Prerequisites: Heavy-Arms Combat

 

Benefit: Once per round, while in the Heavy-Arms Combat battle stance, whenever you miss an enemy with a melee attack, you may push them 1 square.

 

Overrun [Combatant, Heavy-Arms Combat]

Prerequisite: Heavy-Arms Combat, Character Level 5+

 

Benefit: While in the Heavy-Arms Combat battle stance, if you charge and hit your target, you may make a free Trip attempt against them. If you succeed, you may continue your move through the target’s square with a -1 square penalty to your total move speed for the turn.

 

Roughshod [Combatant, Heavy-Arms Combat]

Prerequisites: Heavy-Arms Combat, Overrun

 

Benefit: When you successfully trip an opponent using the Overrun feat, you may make a Basic Strike using your stomp as an unarmed attack against the opponent you just tripped.

 

Rogue Elephant’s Charge [Combatant, Heavy-Arms Combat]

Prerequisites: Heavy-Arms Combat, Overrun, Roughshod, Character Level 10+

 

Benefit: Whenever you successfully trip an opponent using the Overrun feat, you may immediately make another charge attack against another opponent provided you have enough movement left to reach them. When using this feat, there is no minimum distance you must cross to charge.

 

Aerial Take Down [Combatant, Heavy-Arms Combat]

Prerequisite: Heavy-Arms Combat, Cut From The Air, Enhanced Reaction

 

Benefit: While in the Heavy-Arms Combat battle stance, whenever you take an attack of opportunity against a flying enemy, that enemy must make a Fortitude Save (DC 10 + level + STR modifier) or fall to the ground. They cannot resume flying (save ends).
