Once cast, this ritual is bound into the bauble required to cast it. As a Reaction any time within the next 24 hours, any character holding the bauble can cause one falling creature or object within 5 squares to fall only 2 squares a round for up to 10 rounds. If the target lands while under this effect, it takes no damage from the fall.

Once used, the bauble loses its magical power and becomes a mundane object again.
