Unarmed Strike

All characters have an unarmed strike representing natural weapon attacks be they kicks, punches, headbutts, elbow strikes etc.

Bayonet

A short blade that can be mounted onto a Firearm or Crossbow. When mounted on a Long Arm, it counts as a Polearm.

Gauntlet

A gauntlet is an armored glove constructed of varying proportions of leather and metal. While they can be purchased on their own, they are included in the cost of scale or plate armor.

Katar

A katar is a blade mounted on a gauntlet or bracer designed to enhance the wearer’s punches into piercing thrusts.

Katar, Tri-bladed

A trio of curved blades mounted on a gauntlet or brace designed to slash at enemies and parry incoming weapons.

Kunai

A short, dull blade with a weighted hilt designed as a close-quarters dagger and a throwing implement.

Martial Wraps

Martial wraps are cloth or paper strips wrapped around a single extremity (fist, foot, knee, elbow, etc) to strengthen and protect the limb. They do not change the damage of the user’s unarmed strike, but can be made into a Superiority item.

Shinai

Traditionally a practice weapon constructed from light wooden or bamboo slats. While it is a blunt weapon, it is mean to mimic the weight and balance of a sword, allowing it to be used as such.
