Imbued with magical power, a piece of flexible metal reaches out and grasps a creature maneuvering it at your will.

One creature within 3 squares must succeed on a Reflex save or take 1d10 + CHA modifier bludgeoning damage and be Pulled into a square adjacent to you. You may choose not to deal damage to the target.

Spell Focus: A chain, cable or other flexible weapon or implement comprised primarily of metal.

At 9th level, the damage increases to 2d10 + twice CHA modifier and the target is repositioned into and square within range.

At 18th level, the damage increases to 3d10 + three times the CHA modifier.
