The least spell breaker is a crude mystic blade designed to attempt to cut through the energies that form spells.

You may cast this spell targeting any spell effect within 5 squares with a duration less than permanent, or spell being cast within range.

Make a Spellcraft check at a -5 against the Spellcraft check of the caster of the spell. If you succeed, the spell ends as if its duration ended, or the spell being cast is negated.
