Displacement Field – Standard Action – 3SP – V,S [Array 1 – Akua, Illusion] A cloud of minute ice crystals surrounds your target, subtly altering the light around them, making them appear in places they aren’t. One target within 5 squares becomes surrounded by a displacement field until the end of the encounter. Whenever the target is the subject of an attack roll, the attacker rolls twice and takes the worse result. Each time an attack misses the target, they roll 1d4. On a 1, the displacement field collapses and ends immediately. At 9th level, the target rolls 1d6 instead. At 18th level, the target rolls 1d10 instead. ———– |
