Desiccating Touch
Desiccating Touch – Standard Action – 2SP – S [Array 1 – Akua] Your touch siphons water forcibly from its target. One touched adjacent creature must succeed on a Reflex save or take CHA modifier untyped damage and must make a Fortitude save. A failed save means the target takes CHA modifier + ½ level untyped damage and is stunned until the end of their next turn. Plants, Oozes and creatures with the Water keyword take double damage from this spell. Undead and Constructs without the Water keyword are immune to this spell. Creatures killed by this spell are reduced to a mummified corpse. At 9th level, the damage increases to twice CHA modifier. At 18th level, the damage increases to four times CHA modifier. |
