You call up the darkest thoughts from deep in the target’s mind.

Target one creature within 20 squares. They must succeed on a Will save or suffer one of the following effects:

Murderous Rage: The target immediately makes a Basic Strike against one adjacent creature.

Crushing Despair: The target becomes staggered until the start of your next turn.

Debilitating Anguish: The target takes ongoing CHA modifier psychic damage (save ends).

Destructive Paranoia: The target suffers a -4 penalty to their next Will save vs a Charm, Domination or Emotion effect.

This spell can also be cast to counterspell benevolent pathos.
