Agony Beam – Standard Action – 3SP – V,S

A beam of psi energy extends from your palm or ajna chakra, smiting the target with pure pain as if their nerves were on fire.

One target within 20 squares must succeed on a Reflex save or take CHA modifier + ½ level psychic damage and must then succeed on a Will save or become immobilized (Will ends).

While the target is immobilized, you may, as a standard action, deal CHA + ½ level damage to the target. If the target is no longer immobilized, the target succeeds on the Reflex save, or you choose not to deal damage, the spell ends.
