Axiom of Locution: Creation – Move Action – 3SP – V

The words of creation have not yet been fully uncovered and perfected, but this least version allows the creation of unstable matter from discarnate energy.

Choose one of the following items you conjure into the hands of one willing creature within range or into an empty square within 2 squares:

Weapon: You create a facsimile of a weapon of any type of your choice. This facsimile functions exactly like that type of weapon but deals additional damage equal to your CHA modifier. The weapon exists fur the duration of the spell or until its wielder scores a critical hit.

Tool: You create a facsimile of a tool of your choice. This facsimile functions exactly like that type of tool except that if used while making a skill or expertise check appropriate for that tool it grants an equipment bonus to that check equal to your CHA modifier.

Simple Item: You create the facsimile of a simple item with minimal moving parts such as a coil of rope, a ladder, a set of manacles, a blanket or a piece of simple clothing. The facsimile functions exactly like that item except it has a Hardness of 0 and HP equal to your CHA score.

All created items have a duration of CHA modifier + Concentration.
