Hard Rain – Standard Action – 2SP – V, S [Array 1 – Akua] A singular dark cloud forms and begins to grow, disgorging stinging, oppressive rain onto those below. Choose one square within 20 squares. That square becomes a zone of difficult terrain. Creatures entering or starting their turn in the zone take CHA modifier piercing damage and become soaked. You may sustain this spell as a Move action and spending 1 SP. If you do, you may expand the zone by one contiguous square. |
