One target within 20 squares must succeed on a Reflex save or take 1d6 + CHA modifier + ½ level fire damage. Flammable objects targeted by this spell catch fire.
At 9th level, the damage increases to 2d6 + CHA modifier + ½ level.
At 18th level, the damage increases to 3d6 + CHA modifier + ½ level.
Special: You may cast this spell whenever you would be allowed to use a ranged Basic Strike.
